
Ros Endicott
With an aptitude for calmly balancing multiple priorities, Ros Endicott has over two decades of experience assisting top-level executives. Her early career years were spent working in real estate and financial services, before taking a role in 2006 assisting the CEO of BNP Paribas. This turned into 13 years between both Sydney and London, working also with the firm’s COOs and within their Project Office, focusing on governance, headcount and financial reporting.
Her extensive experience - coupled with an innate propensity to organise and support people - met head-on with her entrepreneurial spirit in 2013, when she founded Virtual Ros. Together with her team, Ros now assists a roster of executives and derives great satisfaction from providing her clients seamless, well-structured administrative support.

With a four-year-old daughter in tow, running Virtual Ros allows Ros to spend as much time as possible nurturing and encouraging her to be the best and kindest little person she can be. An early-bird by nature, Ros loves to get up when everyone is still asleep to go for a run, or walk her dog, Murphy.
Luisa McIlvride
A highly accomplished and sought-after Executive Assistant, Luisa has been assisting senior executives at the highest level for over 20 years. With deep experience in Financial Services, Luisa has worked alongside executives at Zurich Financial Services, ABN Amro London, BNP Paribas (both London and Sydney) and Patersons Securities Ltd across all forms of financial services from Custody and Insurance to Corporate Finance.
Luisa thrives on the challenge of finding solutions to competing requirements; clarifying, prioritising and finding the best solution for everyone involved. A good day for Luisa is when she has gone above and beyond expectations, finding solutions quickly and efficiently in a way that her executives truly value.

When she’s not assisting executives, Luisa enjoys spending time with her young family, getting outdoors and being active. She loves spending time with friends and being creative in the kitchen - often simultaneously!

Bec Swaleh is a highly experienced EA, supporting at C-Suite and Board level predominantly in Financial Services and IT since 2008. Bec is our newest Virtual Assistant and is looking forward to supporting our Non-Executive Director clients.
With experience working with CEOs, COOs, MDs and Management Teams, Bec understands the unique time demands of a Non-Executive Director. Experienced, efficient and with superb communication skills, Bec works tirelessly to restore some of the balance that her NEDs are often missing.
